The agency is currently seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist who excels in managing high-budget ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign management.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Campaign Management: Develop and manage robust ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, ensuring they align with client goals and audience targeting.
- Budget Oversight: Manage a substantial monthly ad spend (minimum of $100k), ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive ad copy.
- Strategic Planning: Devise and implement comprehensive ad strategies that effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting, and placement to improve campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the core audience and create high-converting funnels.
- Attribution and ROI Analysis: Implement and manage attribution models to accurately measure the impact of ad campaigns on overall client objectives.

- Experienced Ad Buyer: Proven track record of managing large-scale ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, with a minimum monthly ad spend of $100k.

- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure success and make informed decisions.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategic ad campaigns that align with client objectives and market trends.
