Forex Sales/BD Executives/Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales professionals, you will be responsible for Forex, Exchanges , derivatives, futures and ops , sales within the region. Your primary focus will be on establishing and managing relationships with institutional clients and expanding our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Forex, Exchanges , derivatives, futures and ops, B2B, B2C sales within the region
Identify and prospect potential institutional clients, including banks, financial institutions, corporates, and hedge funds.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the institutional client base.
Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and present product offerings to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and services.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and work closely with other teams to expand product offerings to existing clients.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for business growth.
Maintain accurate and updated client records, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities, in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in managing IBs, and have a good IB network
Proven track record of sales success in institutional sales within the financial industry, preferably within the region.
Strong understanding of financial products, trading mechanisms, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
