JOB DETAILS:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the National Coordinator will be responsible for the following functions:
• The National Coordinator will provide leadership and strategic direction for the activity and will be responsible for managing its implementation.
• The successful candidate will oversee activity coordination and manage sub-awardees, including planning. reporting, quality assurance, budget monitoring. resource utilization, evaluation, and risk management.
Qualification
• A Master's degree (or equivalent) in any of the following fields: Conflict and Peace Studies, Political Science, Development Studies, Public Administration, Law, Social Work and Social Administration, Gender and Development, Communications, or any other related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in program management.
• Previous demonstrated experience in working with multi-level partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and people management skills.
• Must be able to work independently while also being a team player.
