Job Description:
The Campus Manager reports to the school's administrative and financial manager (RAF), as well as under the authority of the head of the institution. The Campus Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire school campus. They must provide a professional administration and follow-up service.
Main Tasks:
• Organize, develop, and optimize the day-to-day management of the entire campus.
• Coordinate the necessary actions with internal or contracted teams (building supervisor, maintenance technician, IT specialist or cleaning team)
• Monitor, distribute and replenish the school's various stocks: school supplies, administration, furniture, IT tools.
• Ensure proper inventory of assets (inventory, fixed assets), their allocation and record keeping.
• Coordinate school transportation needs with the various service providers: ordering, monitoring, compliance, and invoicing validation.
• Coordinate printing needs with the printer rental company.
• Coordinate catering services with the school's caterer, from student registration in the canteen to one-off events
• Be in regular contact with the Internet operator in order to ensure a reliable service.
• Implement control procedures to secure the management of the school.
• Participate in negotiations when setting up or renewing contractual partnerships with suppliers.
• Ensure the processing of cash and mobile money transactions by ensuring that the appropriate accounting documentation is collected.
• Carry out monthly physical cash inventories in collaboration with the accountant.
Competence/Skills:
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in administration or related field, with significant related professional experience.
• Fluency in French and English is essential; ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing.
• High level of integrity, trust and honesty, ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Rigorous, precise, and organized
• Dynamic, flexible, and responsible, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to work alone and in a team.
• Good knowledge of management and administrative principles and practices
• Proficiency in office tools such as Word and Excel
