Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Prospect for new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential schools within the assigned region.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our technology solutions.
· Develop customized proposals and pricing packages based on the needs and budget of each school.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with school decision-makers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions, and provide ongoing support to clients as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and promotional efforts.
Daily Work Description:
· Research and identify potential schools within the designated region to target for sales outreach.
· Reach out to school administrators via phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce our products and services.
· Schedule and conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations with interested prospects.
· Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
· Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing quotes to prospects, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of clients from sales to implementation and support.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in direct sales and marketing, preferably in the education or technology sector.
· Strong sales acumen and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
· Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, with minimal supervision.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
· Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of technology solutions for schools is advantageous.
