Job Description for Van Sales Representative

• Responsible for the Sales target in the Assigned area
• Responsible for the availability & visibility of Lato products
• The sales executive will sell the products only in Cash.
• Responsible for reconciliation of the account to Zero on a daily basis
• To send the Sales report SKU-wise to their supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, including customer visits, orders, payments, and expenses, and submit timely reports to GT Sales Supervisor of the region.
• Responsible for the distribution the new products in the markets

Skills and qualifications commonly required for this role may include:

• Previous experience in route sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Physical stamina to load/unload products and handle repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
• Familiarity with relevant sales software or handheld devices.
