JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities;

1. Greet customers as they enter
2. Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
3. Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios)
4. Prepare beverages following the recipes
5. Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, and muffins
6. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
7. Keep the bar area clean
8. Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
9. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
10. Comply with health and safety regulations
11. Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Requirements and skills:

1. At least 2 years of previous work experience as a Barista
2. Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
3. Knowledge of sanitation regulations
4. Flexibility to work various shifts
5. Basic maths skills
6. Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
7. Excellent communication skills
8. High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
