Busitema University is a multi-campus Public University located in Eastern Uganda. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill vacant positions at the University.

Lecturer
Salary Scale: M6.1
Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Sciences, Arapai Campus, Soroti District
Agri-business and Extension

Requirements
• A PhD in Agri-business or Extension
• Master’s degree in Agri-business from a recognized Institution of Higher Learning
• Bachelor of Science degree (honors) in Agri-business or Agricultural Science from a recognized Institution of Higher Learning.
• Evidence of registration for a PhD (Student on-truck with an approved research topic) for those without PhD in the area of specialization from a recognized Institution of Higher Learning
• No working experience for those with PhDs or three (3) years of University teaching
• experience or relevant working experience in a reputable Organization or Industry for those without PhD.
• Evidence of contribution to Community
• Age Limit: Should not have reached fifty (50) years of age by deadline for submission of application.
