• A medical degree and Masters of Medicine in Ophthalmology
• Previous working experience of at least 3 years in practice
• Registration and practicing license from the Uganda Medical Council
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and to apply broader objectives at team level
• Expert working knowledge of the diseases, functions and anatomy of the eye
• Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
