Job Description
• Responsible for the management of the company-wide operation (business planning, strategy establishment, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, etc.)
• Performance analysis/establishment of sales and promotion plans
• Market analysis/establishment of marketing strategy with market insight
• CRM
• Commercial power analysis (regional) / agency development
• Logistics management and strategy
• Regular business reporting and daily communication with HQ in South Korea III. Qualifications
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in multinational companies or leading Ugandan companies
• High level of English proficiency with experience in a multicultural environment
• No reasons for disqualification for overseas travel
Preferred Capabilities
• Experience in company establishment or management in executive-level
• Experience of social enterprise or non-profit organization
• Experience in the energy sector
• Experience in operation and logistics
• Experience in production, sales, or distribution of biomass fuel such as briquettes
• Major in related fields (advanced degree preferred)
