A self-motivated hard working person with proven ability to work on his own initiative, as part of a team and willing to learn. Have hands-of experience in Training Farmers, community mobilization, community sensitizations, identifying community needs, data collection, and counseling in schools, hospital and different categories of groups, psychosocial supports and Life Skills, business skills trainings with demonstrated Management and Leadership skills, effective communication and team building abilities. The experience I got while working with food for the Hungry, Christian AIV/AIDS Prevention Organization services (CHAPs), Restoration of Agricultural Livelihoods in Northern Uganda Component (RALNUC), Kitgum Municipal Council and B.N Engineering Co Ltd  both Kitgum, Lamwo Pader and Agago Districts respectively and Kitgum Municipal Council as an Extension Officer made me very competent to apply for the position since working with Farmers, women, children, youth and the disadvantaged has always been my dream.
